We had street tacos for dinner tonight! So yummy! Here is the recipe...
12 corn tortillas
2 cups chopped cilantro
1 cup minced onion
flank steak or meat of your choice
salt, pepper, and
style garlic salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
Heat up a grill pan and drizzle a bit of oil on top.
Chop the meat into strips, salt, and garlic.
Add the meat to the pan.
Leave it alone for a few minutes before flipping.
The goal is to crisp the meat a bit.
Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 45 seconds (stacked and wrapped in a paper towel).
Arrange the tortillas on a platter, fill with the meat, onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
